Ask it anything about your training
"Why has my squat stalled?" "What did I do last leg day?" "Can we drop to three days this week?" Krit answers from your actual log, not from a generic template.
Training on your own?
Krit builds your plan, coaches you through every set by voice and changes the session when your day goes sideways. It's there at 6am and at midnight, and it knows your full training history.
A logging app for your sets. A spreadsheet for PRs. A chatbot you have to brief from scratch every time you ask it something, because it has no idea you tweaked your back in the spring or that you've been stuck on the same bench number since June.
A good coach keeps all of that in their head. Krit keeps it in one place and uses it every time it plans a session or answers a question.

Every plan comes with a Why This Plan card: the reasoning in plain English and links to the research behind it. If the evidence is mixed, it says so.
Krit calls out your tempo, times your rest and tells you what's next. It speaks over your music through any earbuds and keeps going with the screen locked.
Say "hundred for eight" between sets. Krit fills it in and you confirm with a tap. Rather type? Your last session's numbers are already filled in, so most sets take one tap.
Slept badly, short on time, hotel gym with dumbbells up to 20 kg? Tell Krit and today's session changes. Load jumps and injury restrictions are rules in the app's code, and the AI can't talk its way past them.
A personal trainer is there for the hour you've paid for.
The questions that decide whether you stick with it come up in the car park before a session, or on a Sunday night when next week already looks impossible. Krit is there for those too.
The whole app. The coach's AI runs on your phone.
Everything in Free, with a stronger coach.

We're in the final stretch of building and testing. There's no fixed date yet. Join the waitlist and you'll get an email the day Krit is available to download.
Both, from day one.
There's a free plan with the full app: plans, chat, voice-guided workouts, voice logging and your history. The coach's AI runs on your phone. A paid plan switches the coach to a stronger cloud model with a more natural voice. Pricing will be confirmed at launch.
People who train in a gym without a coach. It works best if you've got some experience and want structured progression, or if you're coming back after a break or an injury and want to rebuild without guessing.
Load jumps, volume limits and injury restrictions are enforced by rules in the app's code, not by the AI. Every plan is checked against them before you see it, and the coach can't override them, even if you ask. Krit isn't medical advice, and pain or injury questions get pointed to a professional.
Not at launch. Krit uses your phone and headphones for voice coaching and logging. Coach speech plays through any Bluetooth earbuds.
Leave your email and we'll tell you the day it's out, plus the occasional update on how the build is going.
